Depending on when the app gets given to your Scout office, and when they mail it to Irving, you should have your certificate and your "credit card" in as few as 10 days. As John in KC said you should have your certificate and "credit card" in a couple of weeks at most. I love Eagle CoHs I''ve got two to attend in the next couple of months. Very exciting.
