Recall before the membership drop, bankruptcy, covid, there was a push for all councils to publish a 5 year plan? Don't see that as much, maybe because goals were seldom met and a turn to the short term - merge and monetize. my $0.02, -

Fairly common; the rank and file most often have no clue, as those running the back play are not overly communicative to the peons. Still waiting for the announcement of our last camp which is supposedly in escrow, though no info is available for some reason. As some may remember, they sold our primary camp with no warning already. So we no longer have viable council camp property. -

It would appear that the trail patches from my time as a Scout are no longer being produced. I am in search of both the patches themselves as well as information on the total add-on tabs that are available. Today I am most interested in the Usery Mountain Trails addon tabs. I recall obtaining at least the Blevins Trail and Cats Peaks (sic) Trail, but I've forgotten what the rest were. I've purchased the centerpiece on eBay (pictured below) but I can't find any info on which trails have their own tabs. I would also be interested in the South Mountain Trails and others near the east valley relating to Four Peaks, the Peralta Trail, etc.. I am even considering commissioning some reproductions (with an identifying Easter egg to differentiate from the original). Thanks!
