  1. Have you informed the unit this boy transferred to what transpired? Have you informed your DAC as well? If not, I would do this ASAP. This kid an Eagle, I think not.
  2. My answer to both questions is no and I, too, feel this is a troll.
  3. EDGE is just a fancy acronym for the way we have been teaching for decades! I wonder how long this will stick around?
  4. f you hand coffee out the window to people in a vehicle that's going to be moving, it's reasonable to expect that some of that coffee will wind up on top of someone's genitals. Nah, not sure I buy that, clemlaw. I do. Especially if they stick that cup between their legs and drive away!
  5. She won because McDonald's was serving their coffee at a temperature of 185 degrees, a temperature that produces 3rd degree burns almost instantly, is higher than other restaurants commonly serve their coffee, and was known by McDonald's to be a safety hazard as evidenced by the plethora of complaints they had already received about their dangerously hot coffee. And she was found to be 20% at fault, so it isn't as though the court didn't take her participation into account. But in other words, it wasn't an accident. And ya wanna bet she knew this? 20% responsible? Did McDonald's t
  6. These questions can be answered without all the drama but without all the facts the answers are just assumptions.
  7. I understand where you are coming from but my point is simply that the facts of the allegations don't matter to answer the question asked. Without the facts, how can we, or anyone for that fact, even attempt to answer the question without making a ton of assumptions?
  8. I dunno. This is a huge grey area in my opinion. Where does personal responsibility end and others liability begin? I keep thinking about the lady who went to McDonald's drive-thru and ordered coffee. She put the cup of coffee between her legs and drove away and the coffee slipped all over her lap and she suffered some nasty burns. She sued McDonald's and won! Why?
  9. Do you have proof of this? I agree, there is more here than we are being told.
  10. What did his Eagle project entail?
  11. 10th Amendment Huge stretch.
  12. Interesting topic. We all have bad behavior from time to time. Do we always apologize for it? No. Should we? I think it depends on what that bad behavior is. If you physically injure someone, an apology should be expected. If you burp in someones face, not necessarily.
  13. I see the ID card as another way for criminals to make money selling illegals phony ID cards!
  14. "I would say burn bans are used as an excuse more than a valid reason." This is probably because you receive more rain in a month than some of us receive in a year. Probably but what does that have to do with this?
  15. I would say burn bans are used as an excuse more than a valid reason.
  16. A lot of what gets labeled "mouthy" or "uncooperative" or "sullen" behavior is exactly what it is labeled.
  17. Where in the Constitution does it state federal ID cards aer not allowed?
  18. The OP asked if watching a video of "hearing impared teens singing to up-to-date music" would complete the following requirement for the Cub Scout Disability Awareness Belt Loop - I haven't seen this video but I'm not sure there is a need for a sign language interpreter. Hearing impared doesn't always equal sign language.
  19. It's there but nothing is on the site!
  20. Is this ever going to end? This has been going on for almost a year! Why do you continue? The time to move on is long past!
  21. I am not in favor of the, but I don't see how federal ID cards violate anything in the Constitution!
  22. What does sign language have to do with the OP's question?
