The last 3 (three) WB ceremonies that I attended where at troop meetings. The aldult scouters whow showed up where there patrol, various people from the district. Seeing the WB ceremonies impressed the scouts and there parents.

The Scouts that we are trying to protect require that we can deal with people. They can give us blank looks at meeting but that is more than a cumpter screen can give us. Would you take a first aid course online??? Lifesaving???

Yes. It goes into effect Jan 1 and requires tour permits to have at least one person currently certified in Youth Protection. Our "local district" went through the traing at the round table. being trained on line for youth proection is a bad idea.

Smoking should not be allowed on any Scout Active. If the Parents have to smoke, they should do when the scouts are not present.

Why have a Scout Sunday or Sabbath (Saturday)?? Not everyone goes to the church or temple on a Sunday. Ed, Why is your charting origination having athere Scout Sunday of February 23rd?? A local Reformed Church in the Hudson Valley, NY is doing the same thing.

I could see part of the troop meeting going for a merti badge, but nut the entire meeting. Bt
