Here's it in a nutshell. Did the Eagle project replace work that was planned for and funded by the city, thus putting people out of work and unable to feed their families? Or, was the project in addition to what the city was willing and able to pay for such work, thus not putting people out of work and unable to feed their families? I think it was the latter. But if it was the former, the city has got some splaining to do. If it was the latter, the union should just shut up.

Well Pack, the question that keeps coming to me, is what was GWB's true motivation in the War on Terror. If it was to promote and execute a plan to reform and stabilize the middle east into a region easily managed to exploit their resources while simultaneously making those who supported GWB rich through war expenses, he succeeded. I believe if you read the entire section, it says abortions will not be funded under this if existing law prohibits it. The Hyde amendment outlaws federal funding of abortions.
