Signatures?

Im active in loads of forums. Literally more than 50. And thats a lot. But i enjoy it. But one thing most forums have that this one doesnt are avatars and signatures. I think it would be a nice touch to have. Anyone agree?

A simple tag line is fine with me. Any more than that just slows things down.

An avatar is a small picture, sometimes animated, used to represent yourself when you're online. See them a lot with instant messaging.

I dunno im used to signatures. The forums feels so naked with out them. Plus they look nice.

As well as what FScouter has said, it will also make more work for the moderators and administrators because that would definitely require rules that have to be followed. While I believe we're Scouts here and can follow a few simple rules, I know from experience that not everyone will do so.

 

I, too, am on several other forums that do use signatures. They become too much sometimes.
