  2. To clarify, I should have asked, how long should a Troop hold on to the Troop's portion of the Blue Card?

  5. If a Scout is to be a youth member of the Order, a Scout must be under 21. So, if a Scout is under 21, are there any options other than being a registered youth member of a Venture Crew, Explorer Post or Sea Scout Ship? If an 18 year old who has "aged-out" of a tradition Boy Scout Troop and wants to be an Assistant Scoutmaster for that Troop, does he then have to wait until age 21 to be nominated as an adult for membership in the Order?

  7. I am looking for a stencil of the BSA logo to use to paint on our new patrol boxes. I am thinking something in the range of 10" x 10". Any ideas, leads or places that this can be purchased without breaking the budget?

I can probably make these. One or two colors? How many do you need?

NealOnWheels I just need one and it does not need any color it is a stencil only. I will be using it paint on patrol boxes.

One or two paint colors? You need a different stencil for each color. The full color BSA logo is red and blue on a white background. Or you could go with a single color in which case you would need a single stencil per box. I can make vinyl stencils. They are a one time use. So you would need one set of stencils for each box. If I know that I can estimate the cost.

  8. I only took over as Cubmaster this past fall and no we do not meet in the summer. We finish up at the end of April and then are off until school starts back up in the fall. We may try to introduce the one event a month during the summer of 2014 but just do not have the leadership in place to do it this year. Our pack website does promote council events that happen over the summer though.
  9. Is it necessary to require families to complete any portion of the Medical Form for a Family Overnighter? If so, is the form completed on just the boys registered in the pack or on all minor children in attendance?
