dan Posted August 14, 2003 Share Posted August 14, 2003 Cowboy Soup Potato chunks 1 can peas 1 lb ground beef 1 can green beans 1 medium onion 1 can baked beans Chili powder 1 can tomato soup 1 can corn 1 can tomatoes Bay leaf Nutmeg, salt, pepper Brown ground beef and onion together. 92_SPL Posted August 26, 2003 Share Posted August 26, 2003 This may or may not be considered a one pot meal (it counted for my cooking meritbadge) but my ALL TIME FAVORITE CAMPIN MEAL IS... Foil Meals... You take some hambuger meat some tater tots and some mixed vegies wrap them in foil put the foil on some coals... and YUM YUM.... evmori Posted August 26, 2003 Share Posted August 26, 2003 Ya like corned beef? 1 corned beef brisket 2 large cans of saurkraut mashed potatoes cook the brisket per instruction on the package. let cool & slice in a dutch oven, layer the corned beef, saurkraut & mashed potatoes until the oven is full.
