shortridge
A truly inspiring story. After 26 years of work, at age 69, man with cerebral palsy becomes an Eagle Scout: http://ow.ly/3HUfn
pchadbo
Now if we could translate that dedication & commitment into all of the boys. . . Great for him!!!
UCEagle72
While this is a "story" today - until 1955 adult scout leaders could earn the Eagle Scout Award -- as adults. (I have heard of some granted after 1955, but that was when the BSA basically stopped the practice.)
jhankins
That is so awesome! Stories like this are heart warming. I have the privilege of working with a gentleman who received his Eagle at 35 (with an age waiver). He's the light of any event he attends and his cheerful heart and service is an example to all. I gain much by serving with him.
