ScoutBox 11 Posted February 11, 2010 Share Posted February 11, 2010 Hello everyone.. I've been trying to join up on this forum for months now, and finally it let me in??? Anyway, I was myself a Cub, and Scout. While I was stationed in Germany in the early 90's I got back into Scouting as an ASM at the local Wurzburg Troop. I think it was Troop 67?? anyway, after two years there, I returned to the States where I was stationed at Bragg, and after getting out, moved here to Switzerland with my Wife who works for the UN. We now have children, and my Son is 11.. I finally had the time to get him invloved due to the distance of the troop from my home.. 35 kms away, and after his first meeting, they roped me back in to help.. I've been an ASM now for 6 months, and have been very much involved in the Troop. Besides Kandersteg, and the TAC Klondyke in Jan. our Troop did a Winter Snow Hole and Cabaine outing last weekend.. was a great time.. I will be attending TACs next Woodbadge Course this August, and am really looking forward to it.. Mike Link to post Share on other sites
