They all swear to support the constitution. Not to support whatever the Supreme Court says. Your answer to an out of control court is just absurd. If it makes a decision that disregards the text and intent of the federal constitution, it is the duty of other officials to not follow it. Hence, if the SCOTUS completly invalidates the 1st Amendment, I think the President should not enforce it. (This message has been edited by a staff member.) Link to post Share on other sites
