How would I go about turning off emails every time someone posts to a thread?

Have you tried the 'unsquelch' button in the top of any thread up there ^ above the green bar on your right?? In the future, don't click the box ' do you wish to be notified via email when there is a reply to this thread?'. Instead bookmark the thread in a folder called scouter.com and come back it later.

Above the unsquelch link is one that mentions email monitoring. Whatever it says click it and it will take you to another page with the option to stop receiving emails.

I actually tried both of those, twice..... Like my mom used to always say, "if it were a sanke, it would have bitten me!"

 

I actually like the feature, but one thread in particaulr is running on and on. I think it'll go to couples counseling soon, & I just don't need the full email box of reminders.
