Fat Old Guy
When did the changes take place in the Board of Review? I looked in my EVIL 1962 Scoutmaster's Handbook and it specifies that the BOR consists of Committee Members and other adults. When did it become "Committee Only"? I'm also wondering if anyone conducts BoRs to see why a Scout isn't advancing?
SM406
We do, for not advancing and unscoutlike behavior. SM406
AdvanceOn
We have done some, actually need to do some more with a couple boys. Overall the boys are advancing pretty well so we really haven't needed to.
frank10
The last thing we ask a boy in a BOR is when can we see you again? The advancement chairman records that answer. When that date comes, if the boy has not advanced, we check in on him and have a mini review to see if the boy and the brogram are still on track.
