According to its IRS Form 990, in 2009, Learning for Life received $93,792 in grants and contributions. The bulk of its revenue came from "program service" - labeled as participation and licensing fees ($5,539,861). The documents are on guidestar.org if you want to take a look. The BSA essentially sells the program to schools. The cost is typically borne by businesses, The figures that you present do not negate that. Link to post Share on other sites
