AnneinMpls 10 Posted July 10, 2004 Share Posted July 10, 2004 Here's a real man's use of peanut butter. This recipe is from my grandpa - used to be a boy scout and a scoutmaster. Spread peanut butter on one slice of good bread. Hollow out a green pepper, stuff the bread inside. Eat whole. My favorite camp counselor at Camp Ruby Lake prepared this treat for us (and I used to hate tomatoes with a vengeance): Peanut butter sandwiches with sliced tomoatoes instead of jelly.
