You've caught me. I was actually supposed to be the staff advisor to LBPU in 2003, but got transferred between councils after only two months on the job.

 

It remains a great source of Scouting info. Call me when you get here. The number for the Southeast Wisconsin Council is listed in the Racine, WI area. My extention is 20.
