March 9, 200521 yr Can a scout earn multiple 75th Anniversary Badges? One for the individual, one for the family, and one for the pack?

March 14, 200521 yr I have ordered them for our pack already, but we actually will not "earn it" until we complete our 4th of July parade with new 75 yrs of scouting signs.
March 17, 200521 yr You do not to complete the requirements before handing them out, only need to show that you intend to. There were like 2 requirements still to finish up before we handed them out, but we have since completed them. At least this is what my Scout shop told me (might be different according to which shop you are in)
March 17, 200521 yr That doesn't pass the smell test. Should we hand out Eagle Rank for those who intend to complete it? I realize that the anniversary badge is not as important, but why would you send that message to the kids?
