CD_Ranger 10 Posted October 15, 2008 Share Posted October 15, 2008 The new Switchback nylon pants with the zip up leg bottoms have a sewn in belt with a plastic buckle. My belt separated from the buckle in the first week. It was almost impossible to get it back together and hold. I eventually bought one of the new belts and was able to cut the old belt from the pants. The new belt works great. My advise would be to scrap the plastic belt and get the new one.
