jayhawk83 10
Is there any reason why scouts should not laminate their completed blue merit badge cards? TIA
johndaigler 10
WELCOME, JayHawk!! Laminating would be done as a memory preserver? Interesting . . . jd
Trevorum 24
Hello Jayhawk ad welcome to the forums! I know of several Scouts who laminate their actual MB cards, but I don't see any reason to do that to the blue cards (or rather the portion that is retained by the scout). That said, there is no reason NOT to if anyone wants to do that ...
scoutldr 732
Never seen that. Most scouts keep them in those plastic pages sized for baseball cards in a 3 ring notebook.
SemperParatus 1
Have you considered storing them in those clear view baseball card sleeves, to protect them from damage and preserve their original condition.
Kaji 11
I favor using baseball pages as well. Any time you apply an adhesive to something you run the risk of discoloring and physically degrading it. From the perspective of validity of the records, however, I've never heard of any problems stemming from laminating the cards (once the badge is finished, of course).
