  1. As an old cubmaster, I told the boys it was their choice as to which shirt to wear (this was in compliance with scout policy). If that blue shirt fit, then wear it. If the scout was busting at the seams, then it might be time to invest in a new shirt, preferably khaki as that would set the stage for crossing over to the troop. Everyone knew who were the Webelos scouts by their neckerchiefs. However, don't forget about which type of Webelos badge will be given to the scout when he reaches that rank. 2. Sounds like you have an interesting project and a somewhat difficult task in determining what is to be done about splitting the proceeds. This project is somewhat different than many I've come across, such as one my unit participates in. We have a Christmas Tree lot. The scouts sign up for scheduled blocks of time - they can maneuver around sports/school/other events and must have a parent present. They have a sign-in/sign-out book to record time spent at tree lot. We divvy up the profits based on an hourly rate (Total revenues - total expenses) divided by total number of hours
  3. found them after sending previous message. thanks.
  4. Hi, another newbie to forum. My name is Dennis. Eagle class of 1971. Currently an ADC and an ASM. Question for anyone. Always enjoyed reading Ask Andy column in netcommish.com and used that site for ideas on commissioning. Also used macscouter site as well. Seems I'm unable to get to them now. Anyone else have that problem or, better yet, how to get to them again? Thanks.
