Hi everyone, just saying, "Hello"! I'm a Scouter of about six years. Having followed my son through all levels of Cubs, we have just passed our first year in Boy Scouts, and I have fairly recently taken over as Scoutmaster of our Troop. I've lurked this forum here and there, but want to take further advantage of the knowledge base that lies here to help take my leadership abilities to a new level. It's an interesting time to take on the role of Scoutmaster, but I look forward to helping mold our program around some of the new changes, and creating a great experience for all of our Scouts.
