Recently my troop had there annual picnic and the leaders were all recognized except for one and he seems to be a little upset about that for the reason that he does alot of work for the troop. What should I do, I have already recognized him myself?

For the past couple of years at my summer camp one of the councilors would call all the Eagle scouts up to the front of the fire bowl and he would play a song on his guitar,"Eagle on his Chest", is how it went, but I don't know the name of the song or who wrote it. So, if any of you know of it or know where I can get it I would really appreaciate it, I really like the song.

Hello everyone, I am a junior in high school and 6 merit badges away from my Eagle. I joined boy scouting in 1999, but before that I was a tiger cub in 1996. I am also involved with my local explorer post, Post 17 out of the Fairview Fire house. I'm am now in the process of becoming a volunteer with the company. I enjoy Boy Scouts and all the thrills that go along with it. I love to camp and hike especially along the moutain side.

I'm a member of Explorer Post 17 out of the Fairview Fire Dept. in Poughkeepsie. We are a Fire/EMS post and I was wondering if there were other Fire/EMS Posts out there. We need to get noticed.

My troop also has a policy of no electronics. Luckly we don't have a problem w/cell phones. Only because most of our scouts don't have them. It's really up to you. I probably would add it to the list once it became a major problem.

This is my first year working at a camp in NY. It is a Cub scout camp that includes everthing from swimming to boating to crafts and more, I am working on the water front. I was just wondering If any of you had any suggestions on what to expect or do to make Camp even more fun. -YIS

Hello, I am a certified BSA Lifeguard, but my certification runs out next year as of July. I was wondering if anyone knew of a place where I could re-new my Certification near the Hudson Valley Council in NY area. Thanks.
