    I am an Eagle Scout who took 20 years off scouting to have a Navy Career. I have been involved the past 5 years with our son. I am the Webelos leader with 10 boys. Two are special needs, one of those is Autistic.

    Good luck. Try and watch all the boys when they are together. They might just naturally fall into groups. That might make it easier.
