Bayou Beaver

Our unit does not have by-laws and we have been wanting to set some.... What are some of your by-laws? I'm looking for a guide line for ours....

I not really worried about that link..... that is the only thing I could find close to a board of review for AOL through google....

So, within the upcoming weeks we have some Webelos crossing over into Boy Scouts and the Scout master asked us about an AOL board of review. This kind of threw us for a loop because we have not crossed anybody over since before Katrina hit. Is this a normal thing or something that that Troop might do?

My questions are: How long have the other leaders been in the Unit? How active are the others Leaders in the group? I have noticed that some leaders are just plane out stubborned. They don't want to do anymore than they have to. Did you bring your ideas to the table as "look what I have done" attitude or "I have some ideas I would like you to look at" attitude. I really can't relate to your situation because my unit has the mentality to work with everybody and really consider ideas. What is your current schedule look like? Are you over stuffed with activities as it is? D
