If a Scout is to be a youth member of the Order, a Scout must be under 21. So, if a Scout is under 21, are there any options other than being a registered youth member of a Venture Crew, Explorer Post or Sea Scout Ship? If an 18 year old who has "aged-out" of a tradition Boy Scout Troop and wants to be an Assistant Scoutmaster for that Troop, does he then have to wait until age 21 to be nominated as an adult for membership in the Order?

I only took over as Cubmaster this past fall and no we do not meet in the summer. We finish up at the end of April and then are off until school starts back up in the fall. We may try to introduce the one event a month during the summer of 2014 but just do not have the leadership in place to do it this year. Our pack website does promote council events that happen over the summer though.

Is it necessary to require families to complete any portion of the Medical Form for a Family Overnighter? If so, is the form completed on just the boys registered in the pack or on all minor children in attendance?
