  2. I saw psoting on a local supermarket bulletin bord for a film making contest which involves scouts and other youth groups and will have open meeting in border town in may.(jonsatv@aol.com). How would this work and could others tell their experiences because i nearly tried the same thing in 2003 when i lived in hotel as scout adult volunteer.but only get big meetings perhaps twice a year.troops seem to die off in record numbers in our council,and except for guy name in email,no one thinks outside the box.my son,out of state was lucky that way.his church includes scout as a youth prorgam wit
  3. can i find scouts whom might be eagle scouts whom have gone to democratic convention and also be involved in jota/jointly with girl socuts?i am interesting in starting a explorer post/venture crew to look at ongoing interest in braodcasting.which i tried to do fairly successfully with a cable tv station in small channel outside duluth,minnesota in 2003.scouting troops are dying off in record numbers here.i think our council is traditionally based in outdoors,police and fire activities and is a very large geographic council a well.i left my main concerns on site about starting small troop.i lef

You post quite a bit.You must care about quality of time kids have a lot and seem well informed.I was worried about dungeons and dragons,whn a movie on tv came out where one kid became obscessed with it towards suicide or some other detrimental character behavior.But my cousin,whom works at local tv station,was recently in tv story about 30th anniversary of the game.And he turned out normal,and he plays it with his kids.And he wuthored some kind of video game book,some time ago.Does anyone know if the troops which are on indian tribal lands across the nation(U.S.A.)cooperate about youth soluti

We have seen some dead zones as far as recruiting goes in our Council,as well as some Explorer Posts and V.crews dying off.My question is,my friend whom runs a cable tv access channel has been asked to speak at a boy scout troop locally,but he has no time.I am member of both bsa and the cable channel.Have you or other posters(users) on scouter heard of procedures where more troops could get together to show kids video equipment all in one place for a combined learning experience?
