How do I keep kids interested in Scouts?

oh- and don't worry about your numbers. Just get things going so that you are feeling challenged and fulfilled. Young men line up to be challenged so you might get surprised by your Scouts peers turning up. But focus on being great Scouts. Tough, prepared, good humoured and up for a challenge at all times. If your numbers don't go up you will all become steadfast adults regardless.

 

Well that's my idea of what its about from a boys point of view. You older Scouts make sure tough is resilient rather than bullying.
