Here's one of the best: http://seattlebsa.org/Alpine In particular, I recommend reading the "Membership" web page, the "membership Updates" and the "Be A Scout" web page. This is the best (and only) Membership web page in our council, and I'm pea green with envy that someone else is doing such a great job and outclassing me.
