wlettieri 10 Posted June 4, 2005 Share Posted June 4, 2005 I was asked to introduce myself so here goes. I was involved with Scouting as a boy. I entered the program as a Bear Cub Scout and stopped my involvement, as a youth, with the Explorer Program. When my son brought the Boy Talk flier home at age 8 I became re-involed and served as Den Leader, Asst. Scoutmaster, and Scoutmaster. My son who is now 25 had his Eagle BOR the evening before his 18th birthday, was awarded the Eagle rank and aged out. I stayed involved as the Scoutmaster until the Troop could no longer recharter. Since I had continually been connected to the District through the monthly Rountables I volunteered to the Commissioner's Service as a Unit Commissioner, the position I presently hold.
