Pine Tree Council (Maine) raises 120K with shooting event

“The Pine Tree Council of the Boy Scouts of America is very thankful to SIG SAUER for their leadership and participation in the Maine Shooting Sports Experience. This event is a cornerstone to funding and expanding our scouting programs. Thanks to the marquis sponsorship from SIG SAUER, we were able to increase our fundraising by 10% over last year,” added Eric Tarbox, Scout Executive/CEO, Pine Tree Council, Boy Scouts of America. “Our Scouts were also thrilled to be joined by professional shooter Lena Miculek who was very generous with her time and talent, and participated on one our teams and provided lessons. SIG SAUER really made this a once in a lifetime experience for all of the participants that will be talked about for years to come.”

The shooting event was held on September 6th – 7th and included a competition event at Camp Hinds in Raymond, Maine.
