Eagledad 2779
>>This is not a call for the Scoutmaster to make. It is the responsibility of the Board of Review to "review" how the advancement took place.
Fat Old Guy 11
"Maybe, but in this situation, this is like the question I hear from those who fear letting scouts learn from their experiences." Huh?
WHEELER 10
There has to be consequences for bad behavior. This is not, as someone said earlier about not doing a demonstration. Cheffy said, "Many". This was across the board deceivement by all involved. The person signing should lose all opportunities in the future to sign off on any body's requirements. The boy in question should lose his badge and be required to "earn" them. Enron, Tyco, and many other institutions are failing because of the lack of virtue. The recent Wall Street debacles are a good example of the lack of virtue and people turning a blind eye to corruption.
