And uniforming is a tool, not a requirement. A new recruit would very likely not have a uniform yet anyway. Of course we cannot be certain these are even scouting related subjects; maybe someone posed them to bring ridicule or hint at something not quite right. Thanks for the wishes though. If we are interpreting the characters as old vs. new year ... they are both under 18, so no violation. If it is father time and the nascent scouting movement ... I think that's a parent/guardian relationship, so 1-on-1 is okay. There is no indication that they are conferencing in a closed room, so it may be a non-issue regardless. We see a Scout with a Hand on his Shoulder...The Answer we are expected to give is based on what we see in the picture..Not what we Assume....We Could assume the Hand on his Shoulder is his Father or a Legal Guardian not that of a Leader "grooming" the Youth..and we assume the Shoes seen in the Background are actually on the Feet of Scouters watching on. Of course in the Picture above we could assume that the scout is just walking naked through a park on a nature hike Link to post Share on other sites
