I've been a Popcorn Kernal for 7 years and counting. Its the major fundraiser for our troop and its done well by us. We also do wreaths, Tom Wat, Rada and flower bulbs too. Did you consider what the relationship is with that UC relevant to the current SM or Chartered Organization? I get that you are desperate here but if it were me I would not have left a voicemail.
