    These links were posted on scouts-L and are very interesting. A bit cumbersome, but some of the comments are very telling. If National actually pays attention and responds it could be very helpful program wide.

      Disorganization seems to be the biggest complaint, along with not concentrating on what is important for the proper age group of Scouts
