Good story about a father and son working together in scouting to grow his son into a successful adult. Currently his son is working on his Eagle project. What I liked about the article was it focused on the growth of the boy through scouting and not the Eagle award. His son is on the autism spectrum with a hyperlexia trait.

Hyperlexia is enhanced and early reading (decoding words) but usually accompanied with comprehension issues.
