Eamonn 61 Posted July 14, 2004 Share Posted July 14, 2004 At the Friday night camp fire all the Scouts who have earned a merit badge or are about ready to advance a rank are recognized at camp. The Scout can be presented with the merit badge at the next troop meeting and then recognized again at the COH, where the blue card could be presented.
