rbuckner 10 Posted March 24, 2011 Share Posted March 24, 2011 I would imagine the DE has made contact with the COR or sponcering body and collectively decided that the existing leadership is not committed enough to build a meaningful program. In cases like this nobody wants to appear "the bad guy" but the job has to get done, especially if there has been little UC work previous to the decision Link to post Share on other sites
