Hal_Crawford 15 Posted May 21, 2009 Share Posted May 21, 2009 Voyageur: A 10 year old can be a scout if he has AOL. Still, at 10 the difference is mostly the color of the shoulder tabs. Certainly does not make him an experienced paddler. Sounds like bad judgment to take this group to that section of the river regardless of the conditions. Hal Link to post Share on other sites
