Mink and his family were on their way to church when they encountered an unbelievable site on the road. What appeared to be an early Halloween prank was in fact a life-or-death situation. "Kevin noticed a shoe in the road and then we saw a woman and little girl running up the road screaming," Mink's mother, Terri, said.
