March 23, 200620 yr I went thru Wood Badge in '94 and served on staff in '96. Maybe things haven't changed too much. A Scout is trustworthy - A simple written (typed) letter indicating what you have done to fulfill your ticket sent to the Coach Counselor (Troop Guide) sufficed then.
March 23, 200620 yr I sent my counselor a detailed e-mail. I included some pdf documents to demonstrate some of the products. For the most part he just took my word for it. I was surprised it was so easy. Now I just have to figure out a time for the ceremony. Although I hate to wait, I think I'm going to wait until our next COH in June.
March 24, 200620 yr Like just about everything else in Scouting, it depends. In this case, it depends on the CD and the TGs and how they want to handle it. My TG was pretty serious about the written word and I've heard some of my fellow Bears had to do some pretty extensive re-writes before he accepted theirs. Guess I got lucky:
