featherbear 10 Posted August 2, 2005 Share Posted August 2, 2005 Hello, all! I've come out of the occasional lurkdom and finally got a username. I'm with a Pack near Tacoma, and have been a Den Leader for 4 years now. I'm currently the Webelos II leader, after running a den of 15, Weebs I and II, last year. My Den's down to 10 now, and we are hugely active. My Den, as a matter of fact, has a gang of very active parents who carry this Pack in activities and fund-raising, and for that I am blessed. Once at Webelos, they became more active than ever. My dilemma is in trying to get the rest of the Pack somewhere near as active, and I am having a bit of a fight with that, mainly in leadership. I'm currently working my ticket (if I can) after attending Chief Seattle's Wood Badge, and I'm finding out the level of work I've gotten myself into!
