Scouts Remember Fallen York Detective and Scout Leader Mark Baker

Dover Troop 67 Scoutmaster, Kevin Myers, said, “He was a scout always, long before he was you know, before he was in the Army, before he was a policeman. He was an Eagle Scout as a youth. And I really think that the scout law just translates into living a life of service and Mark’s entire life with serving others.”
