heat4212 15 Posted July 28, 2015 Author Share Posted July 28, 2015 Couple things I wish that I would have done was push harder for the inactive CC to get the completely hands off CO rep in the loop on the situation.... and contacted the district folks to work with the CC & CO earlier How involved is the CO supposed to be? Ours is very hands off as well and I have never met our rep. That is one area I have managed to never get involved in! That and communications with District/Council. blw2 433 Posted July 29, 2015 Share Posted July 29, 2015 Well I'd imagine that things would run better if they do what they are supposed to do. but there's always a danger of them stepping over a grey line into areas where they shouldn't.... but in the case of being involved in recruiting leaders and making sure that we have the facilities and resources we need.... they should be doing their job.
