Many of you are in agreement of my concept, and many of you disagree. At least I got you thinking about our problem we have with National theory of running " a boy run unit, with adult guidance " I also received comments from the "proffesional's which spewed the standard concepts, of which many of them out in the left field. I have to delede most of your commnts. I realy stirred up a hornets nest. Let's open your minds, and see for your self what works, and which concepts should be discarded. Juris.
