Communication and working together will ensure a profitable and positive experience.MCW Wrestling will provide the following for a professional wrestling event: A valid promoters license to operate in Pennsylvania with approval of the Pennsylvania Athletic Commission. An official professional wrestling ring. Licensed professional wrestling talent to host a minimum of six matches. One million dollar insurance policy. Ring crew to set-up and tear down ring. Padding to ensure venue floor is not damaged by ring. Professional referee, ring announcer, and grips. Professional Wrestling Athletic Commissioner. Opportunities for autograph signings and guest appearances prior to event. Assistance for the advertising and sponsorship of the event. The organization needs to provide the following for a professional wrestling event: A venue to host the event Security during the event Assist with the promotion of the fundraising event. Pricing We offer many options for organizations. Option 1: Bought Show: Organization pays set price in advance. Organization keeps all ticket, concession, and sponsorship sales. Option 2:SPLIT SHOW (most common) Split Show - the fundraising organization and MCW work together and share in the revenue. This option does not require any up-front money from the organization, nor does it require any monetary risk. When this option is selected MCW and the fundraising organization will work together in promoting the event. A set price will be established which indicates the amount of money to be paid to MCW. After this figure is reached then the next sum of money is paid to the organization. Once both parties are paid, the predetermined sum, the remaining money is split 50/50. The minimal front-end fee paid to MCW is for the commission and insurance. The talent enters into the contract knowing their payment is based on the success of the event. Therefore, they have an incentive to make this event a big draw and monetarily successful. This option is selected because: No up-front money Nothing to lose only to gain win/win situation. Organization and MCW share the profits. Organizations pays nothing in advance. Option 3: Rent.MCW pays set fee for use of facility and active support of organization.MCW keeps all ticket, concession, and sponsorship sales.
