Youth Protection in Spanish?

We have a new adult volunteer who's about to start with us. The only problem is that he mainly only speaks Spanish. Is there an online Spanish version of Youth Protection? I did find:

Is that official? If someone has internet access but doesn't have a printer in their home, is there any way to save that you completed the class?

I would bet that NDC=National Distribution Center, the supply division distribution center in North Carolina.
