Boy Scout Training Isn't Strong Enough?

Sorry, it looks like I did not finish my thought.

Is the training as in depth as I suggested. Actually telling the trainees what a SM should be doing at a meeting?

 

I take it you think that the current training could not use any improvement?

My suggestion about not training adults as scouts, can you see any benefit in that?

You are thick, aren't you? I don't require anything, that's not in my power. BSA is the one that said that a uniform isn't required.

Yes Dan, the Sm responsibility during the troop meeting, as well as before and after the troop meeting, is covered quite accurately and sufficiently in the current training course.

 

The only time the adults function as a patrol is during preparation for, and during, the Introduction to Outdoor Skills course. Not only to model patrol operation but because it is the most efficient way to administer the training (when the syllabus is followed).
