Many have already stated it but let me be a little more blunt - THIS IS NOT A PACK COMMITTEE MATTER!! The CO selects unit leaders. If as you state, the "Pack Leadership" (Pack Committee?) were informed of this information, you should pass along what information you have to your Charter Organization through your Charter Organization Representative or Institutional Head in the COR is not available.

 

Personally, I would recommend to the COR that nothing change wrt to the Scout or spouse but merely by his absense, a new Pack Leader is needed. Now, I think it matters if this Pack Leader is a Den Leader vs. the committee FOS representative for what action I would recommend to the COR.(This message has been edited by acco40)
