We will gladly put a third leader in a den, it's always nice to have a backup leader there in case job/family/illness interfears with one. And I guarantee we can find a chair spot....camping, PWD, B&G. While we don't hurt for leadership, we never have quite the number that we would like. I can't imagine a Pack that does.
