OldGreyEagle 5
What type of sleeping bag do you like best?
Glenn 10
I answered rectangular because I like the room for my legs. However, on polar bear nights I would never be without my mummy bag. So can we have two polls? One for three seasons and one for winter.
evmori 11
Rectangle. I need lots of room for my feet. Ed Mori Scoutmaster Troop
Bob Russell 10
Although I voted for rectangle and man made fibers, I don't actually own one like that. I bought my rectangular down bag 25+ years ago from REI when I was a college student in Michigan, and the cold winters justified down. Now in Oregon, where it often seems like it is 33 degrees and wet, it is not ideal, but everyone who knows me knows that I am cheap and do not quickly (25+ years?) change what I use. After one of our snow cave outings on Mt. Ranier, with a wet down bag, I did buy a very nice -20 Polarguard mummy bag from REI. But only for winter camping.
ozemu 10
OGE pls put me down for a down mummy for winter. I've already voted for a rectangle synthetic for summer.
spork 10
I think most people answer rectangular because they live in the middle or southern US. In Michigan, you need mummy.
